Service Description
A program focusing on sport specific movements, injury prevention, and performance improvement. This service includes evaluation of an individual's movement pattern during a sport (golf, running, tennis, pickleball, etc.) with the creation of a personalized training routine to improve overall mobility and reduce injury risk. The goal of this path could be to improve performance or increase the length of a pain free sport season.
Cancellation Policy
To book an initial appointment, please contact me at mollyhenry@mystrideguide.com. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance online. If you are unable to change prior to 24 hours, please email me at mollyhenry@mystrideguide.com to notify me of the change. A $50 late cancellation or no show fee is present to allow me to best serve all of my clients with my limited time.
