After more than a decade working inside the healthcare system, StrideGuide was created to address a common challenge. People are often asked to make important medical decisions without enough time or clarity. Appointments are brief, recommendations are complex, and insurance constraints frequently shape care. Many leave visits unsure of their options or next steps.

StrideGuide exists to fill that gap. I provide an unbiased space to understand medical recommendations, prepare meaningful questions, and think clearly before moving forward. Support may extend beyond appointments to care coordination and decision-making when traditional care falls short.
